Rented an EV its such a hassle and actually cost more than gas. But not hertz fault. However, the customer service was sub par. First of all they NEVER answer the phone. Even tried calling a corporate and the same excuse they must be busy with other customers. When I finally walked in they’re just sitting there bored. Told them about the phone just ringing and just got laughed at. Glad y’all having fun.

This location provides Uber rentals. I chose an EV6. It came with high mileage, a horn that does not work and a trunk that rarely opens. I noticed the issue with the trunk Immediately, the employee was able to open it by turning car off opening and shutting door. The fob has never worked. What a mistake, employees could care less and they don't answer the phone in my attempts to find a solution. One of the worst experiences of my life was visiting that Hertz place they were so rude to me misbehaving sprcslly Back lady I think she is super rude.

This location has rude employees. There is no patience and empathy regarding the flow of service offered. They place you on hold for well over a graceful time and they don’t have cars available, even after renting. The employees behave as if they are so bothered by your inquiries regarding renting from them when that is the service that should be rendered.

I never had a rental car company that didn't answer their phone for 2 days. I started calling them on Saturday around 10:30 that morning. Phone just rung. No one answered. Started calling Monday morning. Stop calling around 12. Rented a car fr0m somewhere else. Very disappointed
