Worst service ever
Rented an EV its such a hassle and actually cost more than gas. But not hertz fault. However, the customer service was sub par. First of all they NEVER answer the phone. Even tried calling a corporate and the same excuse they must be busy with other customers. When I finally walked in they’re just sitting there bored. Told them about the phone just ringing and just got laughed at. Glad y’all having fun.
This location provides Uber rentals. I chose an EV6. It came with high mileage, a horn that does not work and a trunk that rarely opens. I noticed the issue with the trunk Immediately, the employee was able to open it by turning car off opening and shutting door. The fob has never worked. What a mistake, employees could care less and they don't answer the phone in my attempts to find a solution. One of the worst experiences of my life was visiting that Hertz place they were so rude to me misbehaving sprcslly Back lady I think she is super rude.
