J’ai vécu une Très mauvaise expérience avec Hertz à Laval. Au début du contrat de location, Hertz a gelé 750 $ sur ma carte comme dépôt de garantie. J’ai retourné le véhicule en bon état et conformément aux conditions du contrat. Pourtant, jusqu’à aujourd’hui, je n’ai toujours pas été remboursé. J’ai essayé de contacter le service à la clientèle à plusieurs reprises, mais ils répondent rarement au téléphone. Very bad experience with Hertz Laval Hertz refused to refund the $750 that was frozen at the beginning of the contract as a security deposit, even though I returned the vehicle on February 17, 2026. I have tried to contact them several times, but they rarely answer the phone. When they finally do, they simply tell me that the money has disappeared and that they have no further information. Service horrible avec le gérant de hertz Laval , il te parle sans politesse, comme ci il parlait à son enfant. Je ne recommande pas les gens d’y aller parce que vous serez déçu 🤮🤮🤮
