They absolutely refuse to answer the phone listed above, then when you post a review such as this you then receive a disingenuous response from a bot that apologizes but doesn’t address the issue.
Rented a Tesla on 3/17 that’s infested with roaches, the car smelled like feet and smoke. The car wasn’t clean when i got it. I have had customers say they saw roaches this is by far the worst experience
HORRIBLE. After I dropped the vehicle and finished the rental process. I have charged and I have told it was "authorization hold" but it was already posted not pending in my bank statement and I opened claimed via bank and it was rejected and they put "evidence" that transaction is correct. what can I say?
Wish I could give them zero stars, I would. Not sure if the problem is with Hertz or their arrangement with Uber.
