I had a reservation for December 20., reservation was confirmed and i had a confirmation code, the day before i get a call from hertz, letting me know there are no cars available and i need to find another way different way. NOT ACCEPTABLE.!!
I have had the pleasure of dealing with Lou at the Kirkland location a few times. He is always such a friendly person who is helpful and allows flexibility when I have a request. I enjoy having him there to help me when I rent a vehicle and when I call with questions. He's great!
I have rented many cars in my day. Never did I encounter such wonderful people who worked there. They were fun, helpful, nice, and knowledgeable. I couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you for making renting a car a great experience.
