Referring only to the Kirkland branch of Hertz I was totally dissatisfied with the service and lack of support. I had requested the vehicle 4 months prior, received an email day before stating all was set. When I arrived Lou Robert’s informed me he had no vehicle for me and he could do nothing about it. He was very rude to my family when they tried asking a question, I asked him for the # to the Seattle airport hertz and he said he didn’t have it and not to bother as they wouldn’t have any as well. Seamless and great rental experience. Friendly, efficient, helpful staff. Will definitely rent again. Pickup and drop-off was effortless and fast, the car was great.

Lou is great, overall rental experience was pleasant, didn’t have the compact car so I had to get a truck but I literally walked in because the car rental agency up the street had ZERO cars, so as an emergency back up this hertz location was great. Had the rental the whole time, no unexpected issues, really happy with my experience. Terrible staff, and when I showed up they said they have no cars (even though I had a confirmed booking) with a shrug of the shoulder. Then they charged me a no-show fee, which is CRAZY. STAY AWAY of you don't want to lose your mind.
