Great team! They always have a smile and a car ready for me. The cars are always clean and in good shape. Check-in and returns are always smooth.
Can I give zero stars? I prepaid for a reservation a week in advance, and was contacted 2 hours before pick up that there were no cars available. I was then told to contact the 1.800. number for a refund, I was on hold for an hour, while I went to a competitor to try and rent from (thankfully, Enterprise came through). Great service from the team. Lou is usually my contact person and he is always very helpful with any questions or concerns regarding my rental. Great location! I have rented from this location many times and the level of service is always top notch!
Their N Seattle location accepted my reservation weeks ago for a 1 way rental. I go to pick it up and they said they don’t offer 1 way rentals- they called me 1 day before pick up to let me know this, but left no voice message and left me on hold for over an hour…so they didn’t even care to make sure I knew. The 1 way rental was part of a trip that my family has spent thousands of dollars on for hotel and airfare. Without this car, we cannot go on our trip. I reserved and received the 7-passenger-suv. Lou (hope I got the name correct) helped me out. He is the nicest person I have dealt with and made my experience 5 stars. I have had a pleasant experience and checkout was a breeze. I'm returning my car across the country. Thanks to the folks at this Hertz. Everyone I spoke with was helpful and sincere.
