This is the worst location and the worst customer service ever. I had a previous rental with them , the car is not in drivable condition so i had to get it towed.They say you have to show to a vendor before getting it towed, I can’t drive it and make an accident. As soon as i enter the front desk premises the person in the desk says we can’t give you the car . As you got it towed last rental. That’s my right to get it towed if i feel there is a risk for me . I had to cancel my reservation today because of these people there.... read more
If you decide to get an EV vehicle just know if you are outside of the city you signed up for , and need to get off line to charge your vehicle, UBER will not support you in driving in the area you are in no matter how far . I got a ride to waco and had to get offline to charge up my car then they would not allow me back on. It’s so disappointing and inconvenient, so make sure your charge is full before going outside it the city Limits.
