Super for vehicle drop-off. Downgraded from 5/5 to 3/5 on my rating history. First day customer service appeared excellent, other than I was promised a smoke-free vehicle for my asthma which was not true. After 2 full days of making calls back to swap vehicles and being told with zero care there were no other cars, my husband had to go up there and demand a solution for a car we couldn't drive. He was sent to Hertz Atlantic (round tripping an hour of wasted time and gas) to obtain a replacement. Hertz Atlantic had exemplary ... read more
