The worst rental car place ever
Do not rent from here if you have an option. There are only two customer service people who have to each attend to the customers and clean and fuel the rental car returns themselves. There were several other people there with rental car reservations who had been there earlier in the day only to be told there weren’t any cars available. It is not the customer service agents fault , they were just doing their jobs but this place is understaffed and in my opinion you would be better off renting from a larger Hertz facility with... read more
If I could leave a 0 I would, place is closed. Also the map location isn't accurate, the office is in fact NOT in the middle of the street.
Made a reservation for a car. When I showed up they only had moving trucks. How is that even possible?! Don’t ever rent from this location.
Avoid at all costs. Horrible experience. Took over an hour to even see a counter agent. Location is grossly understaffed. Several people showed up with confirmations with car class and time, to find no car available. Everyone had waited an hour to see someone. Sometimes they just disappear for ages. Once you do see someone, it takes over 30 minutes because the counter staff are taking calls and also cleaning and ferrying vehicles. No help from Hertz support.
