Resevered a rental days in advance. They took an insurance fee from me on the day of, and I thought that everything was fine. Arrived at the time of the appointment to pick up the rental, and they didn't have it. In fact, they didn't have anything for me. Was told that they left a voicemail the day before, and that was false. The only thing that I have is the confirmation email stating that I was confirmed and a text message the day before reminding me of the reservation. This crushed my plans drastically.
Staff was great
I would leave a zero star review if possible. The staff is very rude, if they are even there. They commonly close their locations because they do not have enough staff. The woman they had working the front desk was extremely rude to my wife. I would never recommend anyone use Hertz. They also don't have any parking spots. So enjoy a nice walk from other surrounding business parking lots off 1960....
