The attitude was so unprofessional it felt like they were doing me a favor by even talking to me. Do yourself a favor: stay far, far away from this location. They waste your time, treat you poorly, and couldn’t care less about customer service.
I need to file a complaint. I booked a car the day before, but when I went to pick it up today, I was told there were no cars available. I took a taxi, spending almost $200 USD round trip to your company, only to be told there were no cars. I waited there for over an hour, but no one came to check on me. If I don't get a satisfactory response, I will definitely leave negative reviews on various websites, praising your service attitude and work efficiency.
