I need to file a complaint. I booked a car the day before, but when I went to pick it up today, I was told there were no cars available. I took a taxi, spending almost $200 USD round trip to your company, only to be told there were no cars. I waited there for over an hour, but no one came to check on me. If I don't get a satisfactory response, I will definitely leave negative reviews on various websites, praising your service attitude and work efficiency.

The Worst service is Hertz for uber not even thinking in that. Thy never have cars and they give you the car they want, In any case, the car they assigned me was damaged, and they weren't able to replace it with another vehicle. They treat you as if the rental were free.

⭐️ 1/5 – Absolutely the WORST rental experience ever! This place is a complete joke. I showed up at Hertz Hackensack with a confirmed reservation — not a walk-in, not a last-minute booking — and they had the nerve to tell me “we don’t have any cars.” No apology, no effort to fix the situation, nothing. Just rude, careless, and disrespectful staff who clearly don’t care about customers at all. Why even accept reservations if you can’t honor them?
