They are so terrible, no A/C in both rentals. Charging tolls even if you have a toll tag. Charged me from a random tolltag. Way too much for a week.
Do not rent here! They do their best to make you rent an EV! All the vehicles are disgusting and filthy inside! You will have a problem with your bank, be in contact with Hertz and transparent for the entire duration..... yet they will repo your rental even when notes say not to! DO NOT RENT WITH HERTZ! THEY WILL ALSO CHARGE YOU FOR FUEL EVEN IF YOU RETURN IT FULL!
