I would like to recognize Michael at Uber Hertz for providing outstanding customer service. This was my second attempt to pick up a rental vehicle. During my first attempt, I had a disappointing experience. I had a reservation for 4:00 PM, arrived only a few minutes late due to heavy Friday traffic, and waited approximately 30 minutes in line. Don’t go here chargers are not clear specially for Uber They told me your Tesla has electricity included in the bill since you’re using it for Uber. The fees just keep adding up even after returning your car. And they take forever to give you a car, cause they’re just simply very very slow. DON'T DO IT! I read these reviews before I went in but I was desperate and I ignored them.. now I am fighting over 500.00 in alleged tolls. I have a transponder and my transponder was hooked up to easy pay... I checked my toll account three times a day to ensure that I would not incur any crazy fees. I assure you my account never went under $10.. yet here I am with multiple charges, some already taken out of my bank account that I'm fighting to get back, and even a balance of unpaid tolls..
