Very disappointed with the customer service at this Hertz location. I rented a vehicle yesterday and called the next day to request a possible exchange because the vehicle was not the right fit for my travel needs. Instead of professionally handling the situation or checking for available options, the employee on the phone was rude, dismissive, and unnecessarily argumentative. I needed a rental from Saturday-Saturday, but since they aren’t open weekends I made my reservation for 5:00 pm Friday - 5:00 pm Friday. I received my confirmation email and it listed Saturday hours from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm. So I called the local branch to confirm that and was told they haven’t been open on weekends for years. Terrible service had an appointment for a few weeks over a half hour late meeting us at the Collision location for vehicle swap . Excuse was help called in sick so we had to Drive them back from Gardner to Fitchburg ... do yourself a favor and book it somewhere else ! SO UNPROFESSIONAL!
