Uber is taking my money back and forth, it is like stealing, their GPS is not working the driver consent get my address uber charge me cancellation fee, if they found my address after several attempt they charge me waitting fee plus I don’t know why they charge me booking fee too. I don’t know why doing this, I am expecting the revers all the charge
Stay away. Hertz will take your reservation but they won't have cars at the location. Go ahead and wait for random return cars to come in... 3 or 4 hours, they do not care about customer inconvenience. I don't blame the location staff per se, the website allows for reservations irrespective of the actual availability. Go to airport instead.
