I love this place great service great people.
Terrible experience. Friendly service rep, but long wait and they didn't have the car I had reserved. An hour wasted and had to get an uber to another rental agency. I feel bad for the service rep stuck in the unfortunate position of having to tell customers that the car they reserved is not available. The manager did nothing. They shouldn't take reservations if they don't have the requested car.
I just left the Hertz, Estero, Florida local edition and experienced service excellence that seems to be lost these days. I had a complicated rental, including delivery of the car to my hotel and dropping the vehicle off at a destination a few hundred miles away as originally planned. But we experienced a medical related issue and had to change our plans on a dime. The staff at this location, including Jake Bathon, the branch manager, made it seamless and easy for me.
