I love this place great service great people.
Terrible experience. Friendly service rep, but long wait and they didn't have the car I had reserved. An hour wasted and had to get an uber to another rental agency. I feel bad for the service rep stuck in the unfortunate position of having to tell customers that the car they reserved is not available. The manager did nothing. They shouldn't take reservations if they don't have the requested car.
