Brian and Jake were extremely helpful and made sure I could get the best rate for my rental.
It is frustrating as usual to not have the option to talk to a person. I want to ask about getting a partial refund since I turned in the car earlier and I’m not able to do that. All the options on the phone do not permit me to do this.
No vengan a rentar aquí este lugar es lo peor los autos no sirven y te cobran y si el auto no sirve no puedes reclamar tu dinero hasta que no se cierre el contrato hahahah son unos descarados. Más las baterías no sirven
I believe a lot of a lot of these. Reviews are not true. I've been there a few times and every time I come there. The treatment like family today I went there and my mood was out of my mind. Because recently my wife passed away. And my brother is on dialysis and getting worse. Every day, unfortunately, but Jake, the manager was very sincere and passionate. And helped me, I will never forget that. I am truly very sorry how things went today.I recommend everyone to this location.Brian is amazing as well
