Muy mala esperiencia , pésimo servicio al cliente tienen 2 personas sentadas en la computadora sin intención de ayudar a nadie . Una locación grande y sin disponibilidad para rentar . Mejor no pierda su tiempo viniendo aquí .

Very bad experience at Hertz in Estero FL, poor service from Jacob who calls himself a manager, on Wednesday April 16th I rented a car and the tire blew out on I-75 entrance 101 (Naples), I went to ask for help and they gave me a number to have the car transported, those people helped me and took it to the Fortmyers airport there they gave me another car, they told me that in 3 days they would give me a solution, the case is that the current car they gave me was super filthy and had all kinds of bugs and animals that could e... read more

Espero q estas palabras no solamente se queden aquí y alguien tome acción sobre lo q está pasando en este lugar.Voy a esta ubicación a rentar un auto y lo primero es que llegas,ni te dan los buenos días.Pero bueno me voy con el auto y resulta ser q el auto tenía problema en los frenos y voy y lo cambio.Estoy en la ubicación otra vez para cambiarlo y uno de los empleados me dice ven para q te lleves el otro auto espérame aquí q voy a buscarlo.Una hora después de estar afuera en el sol entro y el empleado frente a la computado... read more

Ten weeks with a rented Tesla, they say that after 7 weeks you have a discount and it's all a lie, it's incredible the things that are happening in this country. In those 10 weeks I have worked like a slave for these two companies without making any profit. Here every right of a human being is being violated, the 13th Amendment of 1865, they are violating it.
