I called today to find out information about renting a car in June. I had several questions and the lady on duty was extremely rude. She kept over talking me. When I had asked her to quit over talking me so I could ask my questions, she stopped talking for a moment, but than went right back to over talking me again. Had a reservation and they called me to say they had no cars available after they charged me. They told me I would be expecting a full refund but the anxiety of trying to find a car elsewhere and no time to get one was horrible. Please fix that online to avoid renting out without any availability. I went to Enterprise and thank goodness I found a car. Update: still waiting for the FULL REFUND If I could 0 stars I would. Once I receive my FULL REFUND I will update my review!
