Had a reservation and they called me to say they had no cars available after they charged me. They told me I would be expecting a full refund but the anxiety of trying to find a car elsewhere and no time to get one was horrible. Please fix that online to avoid renting out without any availability. I went to Enterprise and thank goodness I found a car. Update: still waiting for the FULL REFUND If I could 0 stars I would. Once I receive my FULL REFUND I will update my review!
My other half Davy tedtaotao went in and picked up smoothly,sherlee I believe was the one who helped us and she was such a sweetheart n very helpful! I recommend this place for the price as well....
I am extremely disappointed with the condition of the van we rented for our trip. The vehicle is clearly not properly cleaned or sanitized between rentals. It strongly reeks of coconut, which is not just unpleasant but a serious issue, as my husband is allergic. In addition to the odor, the second-row seat belts do not function, nor do the air vents. If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is an absolute scam, and do not even bother with calling corporate, they are a complete joke. Their system allows you to book a pick up time for when they are closed. This location says they are unable to communicate with you after it is booked to inform you that you booked for closing hours, and ask you to come in early, even though they know it is a common issue.
