Good car, good custmer service
Very good! I really enjoyed my rental with this specific Hertz agency. It was such a smooth process, their representative was really kind and service oriented, the car was great, easy pick up and drop off…. I’ll get car rentals only from there now on
Total chaos. I had a réservation for a car. Went there and was told that I had to wait for 3 hours minimum to get a car despite my reservation. There were 13 people in front of me with the same issue.
Thanks Uber driver for parking on the bike path... another time
