Representative pretended the Uber app was down instead of trying to help me. Had me wait for a Telsa then said that none where available. Terrible service

Got a Nissian Altima, it was descent. It was the only thing they had available. Go figure. You make arrangements for a car, just to get whatever and pay there made up fee, because it keeps changing. I was in an accident and was able to drive the car there, just to be put in a Nasty Malibu that smelled really bad. For the whole weekend I had to smell that bad smell, brakes were bad. I had rental unfortunately with Hertz they charge way more than the agreement they mess up your account. I had a lost and found stuff in my rental and I've been going back-and-forth back-and-forth for two weeks and there's a lot rude lady who works there unfortunately she doesn't help she's a show off and she doesn't help and she thinks she's the boss and they just keep gossiping and laughing and the line is way long and unfortunately, I had to call customer service so they could help me and the office over there.
