Worst customer service. If you are uber driver just buy your own car. They charge me $414.05 a week for a 2022 Chevy Malibu worth maximum $12k. Then they want me to randomly return the car when I need it the most. Stay away!
I went in to get a rental about two weeks ago and im currently in the shop getting the brakes fixed because apparently Hertz dont check the quality of their vehicles. the brake pads were completely gone and i have already been here for a few hours. Very unprofessional place!!!!!! This is not a dealership a rental should not take 4 hours or more and then there giving out cars by how u look! The guy who works there thinks he owns the place! By name of JOSH he’s very disrespectful and unprofessional he also locks the doors at 430 pm its time for a change with employees here asap
