Very rude customer service
Charged me 170 extra for fees without permission. Filing for fraud.
The representative informed me that I will have to pay a $500 deposit plus the rental fee for the car. I canceled my reservation and went to Avis/Budget rental car in West Chester. The young man was very helpful and I was able to drive in a rental car the same day with a $200 deposit.
