Communication sucks you reserve a vehicle and you come in they say they don’t have any Uber vehicles you have to wait… very irritating to see people come in after me and gone before me.. I’m still sitting 5 hours later and the staff so unprofessional just like they don’t care…. Please stay clear of this hertz… they get negative 100 from me… so pissed 5 plus hours
If you want to do Uber do not rent from this location. They will only give you electric car that can't even keep charge. Most the damn time your charging the car. Then these people don't tell you they don't take SoFi bank. They give you a huge run around to make payment still charge you late fees. No matter how many times you try to renew the account. These people took $500 from my account than towed the vehicle.
