I see I’m not the only one with a bad experience. The girl Isaiah always has an attitude. The cars are always broke down with mechanical issues. No gas in them. They hardly clean the vehicles. The customer services is very ghetto. I’ll take my money elsewhere I I definitely don’t advise ANYONE to spend with this company. They double charge and they hold authorizations for extended periods. They really don’t value your business at all. DO NOT DO IT!!!!

Apparently my review was deleted. So here is the situation I have been dealing with. Day 6 of them double charging me for the rental my bank account has been negative for 6 days now. I could only work 16 hours because that's all the cash gas money I had. I can't get any money out of my bank account. I keep calling the branch and they say call billing. They send you a number that has no option for billing. If you hit option 3 and go in as an insurance provider it's the best way to get ahold of someone. First time I did this o... read more

Just do not do it they find anyway possible to add charges! They cars a old, rent a wreck vehicles! They come with no gas usually! They make you do all maintenance eg oil changes and they go so fast trying to get you out of their face that they don’t tell you things you really need to know!
