Ordered a uber rental came to the place no cars were available staff were unhelpful called customer service and they were unhelpful as well I will never spend a cent with your company in my lifetime and will speak bad on your company name to all my people

I’m an Uber driver who has rented every week consistently with Hertz on Coors blvd, Albuquerque for since May, 2024. Lupe is the absolute BEST at her job. She has always gone above and beyond for me, helped me in ANY way necessary, made sure I am always in a safe, clean car and just makes me feel like I really am a valued customer. She really is an asset to this company and I hope they appreciate her!!
Worst experience ever. Reserved a vehicle, and was informed no cars were available. Seconds later, family walks in and their reservation was confirmed.
