Every week since I’ve got the vehicle it does not allow me to make a payment with hertz uber through the 800 number nor does it automatically come out. I have to call the location so far I’ve called over 200 times within the last 2 days for this weeks payment . NO ANSWER. I’ve received emails stating the vehicle will be repossessed at an extra fee of 500 plus if they do not received my payment. This is an extreme measures every week to just make a payment. Worst customer service in the world
Brett and Ambber were phenomenal with their customer service and help! Very much recommend and our car was amazing and very smooth! Thank you once again for the fantastic experience !
I had a hard time getting in there but they were so busy. I can understand why when I got through. I was well taken care of but there were so many other people there.They need more staffing to solve the problems. All of the workers there stayed way after their closing time just to get all of the clients out the door. Thank you, ladies. For all your hard work and dedication. Staff at this location are very nice and helpful. Jennifer and Summer were able to help me get into an Uber EV with little to no issues. *(I had to detail the vehicle myself but I would rather have a very clean vehicle). I will say, the comments about them being busy are legit. Don't call, because they're very busy. Getting the vehicle you want is subject to availability (it is indeed 1st come, 1st served). Plan on spending an hour or two there, don't complain just be patient and you'll be ok.
