Save yourself the aggravation and do not reserve a rental car from this location!!! They do not have enough cars and they will wait to you arrive to tell you sorry, we cancelled your reservation. They did it to two other families and us while we all waited to pick it up!! Grace Cendajas the branch manager should be ashamed of himself for how he runs this Hertz affiliate.

Very disappointing experience. I reserved an EV only to discover they only had a Ram truck. What’s the point of a reservation?
I made a reservation with Hertz at their Salt Lake City Main Street location, expecting to pick up my car. When I arrived, I was told there were no cars available. The agent claimed my booking was “last minute” and said they didn’t want to inconvenience other customers by giving me a vehicle—yet they had no problem leaving me stranded with no car and no solution. Don’t waste your time….I tried to reach a representative…The phone number makes you go to their website, their website won’t let you see if they even have the type of vehicle you need without signing up for loyalty rewards….useless, just useless….bring back our in-house company customer service representatives!! Will never recommend Hertz.
