One thing they don't tell you when you call for a reservation is that when you use a debit card, they will put a five hundred dollar hold on your card plus the cost of the renal. Orher than that I would rent from them. The other thing that I liked was the staff was helpful and they had a good amount of rentals to choose from.
This is also a wrong description on the business .. it's car rental not truck rental. If I could give zero stars, I would. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I walked in to rent a vehicle and stood there for nearly 10 minutes without being acknowledged while the employee stared at his computer. No greeting. No explanation. Completely ignored.
