This ABSOLUTELY NOT, the place to rent from in Abilene if you are going out of town for work or vacation!!!!! I rented a vehicle from them and first issue was they didnt have any vehicles so I was left with a small car to travel with for two weeks to transport family and co-workers not ok!! Second the car was dirty and it pulled to the right when driving that's not ok for a four hour drive!! Third it started making noise like a gear was grinding when I started the car smh !!! What great customer service I received on 8/5/2026 at ABIHERTZ. THANK YOU for helping me get home. When all hope was lost you prevented me from having to sleep on the airport couch. I apologize for being non responsive in your attempts to cheer me up, but believe me it was appreciated and thought about the entire ride home. Only place with an SUV when we needed it for an emergency. Wonderful staff accommodated my mother's disability easily. Would do business with again.

Between Aaron and kam I honestly couldn’t tell you whose service was worse but given that the manager didn’t illustrate herself any better could I really complain ? However worst customer service I’ve experienced and truthfully won’t ever return I highly suggest opting for enterprise and/or Avis before coming here this would be zero rated in my humble opinion also be weary of the cars they provide as my car had tires rated at 3/32nds or lower
