Made a reservation through my employers booking service only to find out that they have no cars. You would think that if a place takes a reservation they have cars but that's not how this branch works

Was refused a rental because I didnt agree that they have a local policy that didnt align with their corporate policies. The manager is very condescending and dismissive of others and does not like being told she is incorrect.

Unprofessional and discourteous staff. I was charged for fuel even after returning the car with a full tank. No refunds offered for this dishonest charge. When I mentioned leaving a Google review, the response was, “It doesn’t do anything to me.” Wao!!...That says a lot about how customers are treated.

President’s Circle means nothing and gets you nothing here. Skip the counter= give them all your information as if they don’t have it. This place has more Nissans than a used car lot in the hood. Hertz keeps going downhill.

Cynthia was able to get me into a one way vehicle rental for 2 days on short notice going from Abilene to Lubbock. Very grateful Hertz was here because both Budget and Enterprise didn’t have any vehicles. Ironic because I just returned a Budget box truck and they didn’t have any vehicles for rent, making it very difficult. But Hertz was incredibly helpful. Thank you Cynthia!
