While the rental price was extremely affordable, that was the only benefit. I called ahead to schedule the pick up and drop off and it was as though the people answering the call were on an island. Pick up was 40 minutes late and drop off... I am still waiting. The driver "went to get an oil change" even though they knew the exact time I would need a ride.
