I’ve dealt with this Hertz location a few times, and overall it’s been a positive experience. They’ve given me upgrades based on my membership level depending on vehicle availability, and the cars are generally clean and well-maintained. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because there was one time I called dozens of times with no answer — not an exaggeration — and had to contact a manager trainee by email to get help.
