매우 불편하고 불쾌한 경험이었습니다. 카운터에서 근무하는 여자들은 모두 불친절하였습니다. 고객 응대 매뉴얼이 불친절인가요? 다시는 이용하고싶지않네요. Vip등급이었지만 이런 경험을 했다면, 다른 일반등급의 손님들은 어땠을지 상상하기도 끔찍하네요.
