This place has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Every time you walk in they are just talking amongst themselves or watching YouTube videos on the computer screens. You stand there expecting someone to say how may I help you, yet they just carry on with their conversation as if you aren’t there. Poor customer service
Got my first rental while care was in the shop, it sounded like the transmission was going to blow up. Called before making the 35 mile voyage, went to exchange the rental, was assured their were plenty of SUV's available. Get there, they have 2, neither I would have chose. I settled for the first, waited 45 minutes to "get it ready". Then was told it's not available. Was put into a smaller SUV with less features for the same price. Terrible customer service from the woman when checking in the vehicle. Young African American woman just talked on her cell phone as I waited to be greeted when her manager walked up and said "have you been helped yet", I replied "no sir I have not." The woman then exclaims to her manager in defense "he didn't say he needed help he just stood there", which I replied "she was on her phone and never even acknowledged me". Please see the attached invoice and the toll fees. They charged me even though there was no Tow requested ever, they charged me that fee to remote start the vehicle which they said they’re not gonna charge me. I am so dissatisfied with their service and honestly so disappointed in Tesla recommending hertz in the first place . The charge me over is almost $650 Extra on Top of what you insurance covered.
