Most unprofessional, un organized Hertz I've ever encountered. Won't even buy a car from that location. Little Timmy up at the front desk who's name is Tré. Didn't greet us or even want to talk to us or acknowledge us. Sitting up there renting cars looking lil Durk the rapper. With a bright red ball cap, braids hanging out, shorts, t shirt, and Gym shoes on. This is not the gym or basketball court my boy. Tighten up
If I could give zero stars, I would. I am not someone who usually gives negative reviews, but this experience was beyond unacceptable. I have always been sent to this Hertz location whenever my car is in the shop at Toyota Vandegriff. Most of the time the service is painfully slow, but my most recent experience on September 18 was the worst. I dropped my car at Toyota and was assigned a rental vehicle here. Very bad business to deal and staff with go different car rental much better thank hertz
The car itself was fine. The one guy in the front is the only one who actually does his job. The rest super unprofessional, especially the lady in the front who always wears a ponytail. They never answer the phone. When you do actually go up there no one says a word to you they act like you aren’t there. When they finally do acknowledge they look at you crazy like you’re interrupting them. I don’t see how they still have a job at all. This place has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Every time you walk in they are just talking amongst themselves or watching YouTube videos on the computer screens. You stand there expecting someone to say how may I help you, yet they just carry on with their conversation as if you aren’t there.
