Unprofessional and disrespectful stuff
Instead of replying to reviews without making real changes, it would be more helpful to focus on training your team well and holding staff accountable for the customer experience. I came in to pick up a rental car I had reserved and was counting on for work as an Uber driver. The car I was given could not pass basic safety checks and was overdue for multiple services.
