As a representative of my fellow rideshare drivers, I am compelled to express my disappointment with the Tesla rental experience. Although the process itself was relatively straightforward, the level of professionalism displayed at that location was disappointing. The weekly requirement of 30 rides appears to be a marketing tactic, creating a false sense of accomplishment while ensuring another week of contractual obligation. Not good service
I wish if there is less than 1 start. I would give them -1 star for not opening on time, the website says 9:00am and they did not open until 9:33am.
