They provide terrible service, they don't do things professionally, BAD SERVICE, I WENT TO RENT A VEHICLE AND A GIRL ASKED ME FOR MY INFORMATION AND PROCEEDED WITHOUT MY CONSENT. If you make a reservation online thru the uber app don’t trust it just go in when they open and plan to wait 2 hours…..I planned my day off perfectly to come pick up my rental. Just to be told it’s first come first served. It was 22 people waiting with one worker. The other worker came and proceeded to talk on a phone with a personal call. When I approached to ask a simple question I was ignored I’m talking about 0 customer service or empathy what’s so ever…..they need to get different workers in here asap or maybe they just... read more
Sara and Noah were such help with my rental even when j came after hours. They let me in and handled my rental needs flawlessly. Thank you! I'll definitely be back.
It’s the worst place to get rental from the place need an overhaul from the front desk ladies to those hiding behind them who seems to be not doing their job and don’t care about the name and the magnitude of the company it holds I am recommending if any one who cares about hertz to intervene and do some reshuffle. This the least I have for you Big issues here
