Hertz was fast, friendly and offered a service in the area that the competition did not. We had a great car that was spotless.
Picking up and dropping off the vehicle at a different location was smooth and easy.
The lady at the front desk had a nasty attitude. They gave us a crappy car. We rented a car to pick up my daughter from her dad in Kentucky. On our way back, we stopped at a hotel in Georgia and when we were leaving in the morning the car wouldn’t start. So WITH my 4 year old, we’re sitting outside waiting for AAA, and they say the battery has a faulty wire. We managed to make it to the airport to get a new vehicle. Which was a much better car. But terrible experience and nasty lady
