It's July 30, 2026 and this location is "temporarily closed". It's been closed for the past 2 weeks and I was NOT notified prior. A sign with a number is on the desk, but no one picks up. Customer service took several minutes and 3 transfers to connect. They kept telling me to use the app and make a reservation change. Since this reservation was prepaid, I wanted them to deal with it and rebook. It was such a hassle. Great experience. Kind staff, good car. Easy since the airport (oddly) didn't have cars available!
I had a great experience at Hertz kiosk inside the Double tree hotel during a stressful time as with flight cancellations creating havoc, and the airport completely out of cars and most transportation means were being cancelled due to weather conditions, I needed a car and without a reservation my chances seemed slim to none.
