Great experience. Kind staff, good car. Easy since the airport (oddly) didn't have cars available!
I had a great experience at Hertz kiosk inside the Double tree hotel during a stressful time as with flight cancellations creating havoc, and the airport completely out of cars and most transportation means were being cancelled due to weather conditions, I needed a car and without a reservation my chances seemed slim to none. I had a great experience at Hertz during a stressful time while my car is in the shop. I ordered a rental late last night online, and first thing this morning Shawn/Sean called to proactively let me know there might be a slight delay because the vehicle originally assigned was damaged. I really appreciated the clear communication. ***DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION!*** -charged me $100 cleaning fee Not Stated in Contract & will not refund! -never answers phone & vm not set up. -hard to locate: it’s a kiosk inside hotel w/o signs. -i requested SUV but rep could not locate in parking lot on day of pickup. provided me with a sedan but said they would call when suv available. never heard another word from them.
