***DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION!*** -charged me $100 cleaning fee Not Stated in Contract & will not refund! -never answers phone & vm not set up. -hard to locate: it’s a kiosk inside hotel w/o signs. -i requested SUV but rep could not locate in parking lot on day of pickup. provided me with a sedan but said they would call when suv available. never heard another word from them.
Deshawn the manager at this location is great. He was very helpful and ensured the car I was driving was in great condition. I will continue to do business at this location.
The gave me a smaller car than what I paid for without an adjustment in price and I had to wait a good 30 min just to get the car.
Incredible customer service at this location with Deshawn Davis. I desperately needed to rent for a 1 way trip during 4th of July week. I spent hours calling around and no Hertz or any other company was able to accommodate a 1 day 1 way rental. Deshawn was able to secure me a vehicle and I was in and out of there within 15 minutes. He was professional and extremely efficient. Thank you so much Deshawn!
This is my favorite rental car location in Charlotte. The attendant JB is AMAZING! I have had countless issues with my work vehicle and have needed a rental on multiple occasions. He answers the phone right away, has my rental car ready and waiting for me outside, has a smile on his face. Don’t be fooled by the hotel location, this place has it all!
