Very slow service. Waited almost 30 minutes to bring us our vehicle after checking in. Outside of vehicle was filthy. Return process was confusing with no available parking spots to leave vehicle and nobody to assist with return process. Vehicle fulfilled our needs but rental process was miserable.
Guy behind counter was a rude jerk! We waited over 20 minutes for a vehicle to be ready!
Excellent service by personnel. Only issue was the AC was warm
Front desk needs a second employee to speed up pick up. If your on a tight schedule wasting 30 minutes in line is rough. Customer service was as good as it could be. Car was a mess, interior and exterior badly needed cleaning and had mechanical issues with transmission and suspension. Rear window wouldn't roll up without manual assistance but at least they filled it up with gas. Better than Budget, but still miss the mark.
