Booked and paid for my rental and showed up to the location to pick it up. Nobody is even at the booth despite the hours indicating that the location is open. Absolutely nobody around to assist, and the only number given is to a landline phone at the booth. Obviously that doesn't help. Who is running this place?
Does anyone even work there? No one answers the phone and the booth has been unattended each time I attempted to speak with someone in person. The one guy I saw there could have cared less about answering any of my questions. It's like he was doing me a favor for being there. Very unknowledgeable and not trained to answer questions with sufficient details. Horrible! Unprofessional and not trained to deal with customers. Nope. Trust the reviews. Take an Uber or cab. Hinky card reader declined my card. Cancelled rental bought shoes for $300 on same card. Prepaid rental, the agent offered smaller car, same price, added >$300 deposit, cancelled prepaid insurance. All car rental companies in Regina run through same office, same people. Run
