Made reservation. Showed up and no rental available. No heads up or anything. Guy said their manager was trying to reach me which is a huge lie. Don’t rent here. You’ll end up having to book somewhere else last min.
I wish they had negative stars I could give them. The 2 women were extremely rude and unprofessional. I filled up the gas tank 2 doors down from them right before returning the vehicle but got charged 9.99$ a gallon to fill it up when fuel is 2.59$ right next door. I also got charged a 400$ cleaning fee for smoking when the car was clean and I do not smoke.
