SIXTEEN HOURS before our scheduled move, we were informed they had no trucks available (for our reservation made a month in advance) and that there was nothing they could do :) zero effort to make accommodations or help us out in any way...not even really an apology! thank you for literally NOTHING! screw you guys honestly
