doing an Uber rental. Not a good experience at all. 1st had to swap out car due to tire issues. 1st and 2nd car both had tire issues. Girl at the desk tried indicate that it was my fault. then hung up the phone in me. 2nd their billing is all screwed up. they deduct and place holds and then credit back and then deduct again. threw my bank account way off. 3rd they charged me for bringing the 1st car in late after one of the staff told me on the extension date to wait before coming in. The worst company and location. Do not rent here. Hertz is the most toxic company that I've ever dealt with. They tried to charge me for tires on a rental that were replaced under maintenance while I was renting it. I took my own time to take it in for service only a week after I rented it, then almost a year later they tried to charge me for them! They have routinely charged me double then act like it's no big deal. I have too many complaints about the company to list here. Also, the getwell location sucks. The people suck.... read more

Terrible definitely don’t do any business here! We waited half an hour without any service then directed to the airport with a series of reasons on why they don’t have a car for us and to arrive at the airport. they told us that is false and to head all the way back over there after personally speaking with the manager total time wasted -2hrs - rude at front desk and inside is unkept and gross inside there (0 Stars DEFINITELY GOING ELSEWHERE)
