I had a great experience with Hertz on my recent rental. The pickup and return process were smooth and easy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised with the upgrade—the car was beautiful, comfortable, and made the rental experience even better. I really appreciated the great service and would definitely rent from Hertz again!

A week after returning the car to Hertz through their own roadside assistance and speaking with the store manager Ruben, the express Drive contract is still not closed out. Now, I've been charged for 2 weeks of driving during this crazy Iran Conflict. Deposit still gone, customer support confirming over and over that they've cancelled the contract and yet no one being able to send me confirmation emails? HOW DO YOU RENT A CAR TO ANYONE ON THE WEEKEND WHEN YOUR LOCATION IS CLOSED!! WOULD LOVE TO HEAR THE KNOWLEDGE BEHIND THIS? TOOK A $60 UBER TO YOUR LOCATION THINKING IM GETTING A CAR BUT NOPE!! JUST PAYING ANOTHER $60 FOR A RIDE BACK TO THE AIRPORT!!!
