A week after returning the car to Hertz through their own roadside assistance and speaking with the store manager Ruben, the express Drive contract is still not closed out. HOW DO YOU RENT A CAR TO ANYONE ON THE WEEKEND WHEN YOUR LOCATION IS CLOSED!! WOULD LOVE TO HEAR THE KNOWLEDGE BEHIND THIS? TOOK A $60 UBER TO YOUR LOCATION THINKING IM GETTING A CAR BUT NOPE!! JUST PAYING ANOTHER $60 FOR A RIDE BACK TO THE AIRPORT!!!
Seriously do not do this express drive . Terrible support , will cause you to lose money !
