5 member. Showed up for my reserved car. They told me they didn’t have anything available and offered no help. I called customer service and my only options were to pay $200 extra for airport charges or find my way 45mins to wake forest. I cancelled and I’ll be going to enterprise.
You wait forever in this place! The cars they rent are raggedy and they refuse to fix them. Also, impossible to get in touch with anyone on the phone. Lyft needs to find a decent rental car company to pair with cause this ain’t it!
Spurred by necessity I learned that I can book a ride for someone else. I’m met a guy with a stalled car, late for a court appointment and decided to help out. I booked the ride, he got in and that was it. My good deed for the day. He said he’s gonna pay me back on Cash app. I said cool or just pay it forward.
