Great people there and very polite and friendly
Pleasant transaction. Staff were very helpful and understanding. Vehicles were so reliable and super-clean!
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! ZERO STARS With a young lady who said she was the manager! With the last name Ortiz! Not sure if she gave me her true name. She first accused me of the car smelling like smoke. She would give me a receipt and tried to charge me a $400 cleaning fee! SMH I called the police and they showed up shortly! Couldn't meet expectation
We came to get advice and informations about an issue we had during our trip, we left with a huge bill we discovered much later than the end of our trip with no detailed invoice to justify the price, even now. The bill had doubled from the annonced price! Much more administrative than human and understanding treatment from the manager, too bad for a company like this...
