Had a few errands to run, picked up a rental from Steven over at Hertz in Manchester. It was a breeze I was in and out the door within about three minutes signing up on the app helps as well. good job team

I am disgusted by how I was treated yesterday when I walked in. The lady was not any help and showed no interest or desire to help me rent a car. She basically left me in the air talking to myself while she was staring at her computer while no one was there. She did not help me at all and told me her boss was gonna come in and I left to come back but I felt so disrespected and not helped at all so I just decided to go to a whole other company. I am a Gold member and should’ve been able to pick up my car without waiting in line at my arrival at Logan airport. I am an amputee and this is important to me as I cannot stand for a long period of time. When I asked where my car was after waiting in line for two hours, she replied look around we don’t have any. I had to wait until somebody returned a car so they could quickly clean it and turn it around to me. I had the car for a three hour window and called Hertz to extend as this was their fault.
