I returned my Lyft rental two weeks ago in St. Louis due to my family emergency in Virginia and I told them that the account that I did my original reservation is closed And I needed to have my deposit redirected to my Lyft Direct card and they said they can’t change it. I said how can you not change it? They said Lyft has to do it and then I contacted left on the situation. Did a reservation and the next morning they call and tell me they have no vehicles when I was there previously the night before they had a parking lot full . Staff rude and ghetto . Swearing and telling customers it sucks to be you.

Well You cant ever reach a real person to talk to then they cancel your appointment saying the car deserved for you needs an inspection and license before you can drive it.And it will be Monday before they can help you.And they told me this while I was en route to pick up the car!! Then the only car available come Monday. Because the car I reserved was not going to be available is a more expensive car, and I don't believe that they should have railroaded me into that now. They greet you when you come in they were professional. I think it was a timely weight. It was worth the weight. It wasn’t that long not really. I loved it because they were professional and they treat everybody with respect they treated everybody the same respect I loved it.
