I rent for about 3-4 days every 2 weeks. Thought I would try a new place. Well. I am not going to wait OVER AND HOUR for a reservation. And ya boy inside nearly had a lunch break at the hospital with how rude he was being to everyone. Never again. If I could give ZERO stars. I would.

I've been sitting here for an hour after my reservation time and the guy working here, sitting literally 5 feet in front of me at the desk, still has not even asked for my name. He's helped other people, but hasn't even acknowledged us. The store is absolutely filthy and stinks. Worst customer service experience of my entire life.
