Sean was a great help. He made my trip very satisfying, because of him I will be renting with hertz- independence again. Thanks again Sean.
Busy location and Sean handled each customer with quality customer service. Have patience and necessary items dl, cc and $ ready to avoid an issue.
Absolutely dreadful. Customer service was terrible. They don't answer the phone. Employees are unprofessional. They gave me a damaged vehicle. Just a nightmare.
For years now, this branch has been held together by a young manager named Sean. He handles a dozen problems every day. Major problems, often stemming from Hertz itself. I'd hate to see him go because this place would crash without him. But he needs a promotion, an 80% raise, ... something. This guy is doing way to much work keeping this place together.
