For years now, this branch has been held together by a young manager named Sean. He handles a dozen problems every day. Major problems, often stemming from Hertz itself. I'd hate to see him go because this place would crash without him. But he needs a promotion, an 80% raise, ... something. This guy is doing way to much work keeping this place together.

When giving information to people for Lyft information. Please take your time in explaining step by step on how things work. It was just sign here, then rambled a whole bunch of nothing.

We had to book a car very last minute after another Hertz location was completely unhelpful, and this location saved us. The manager, Sean, was incredibly helpful and got us into a car right away with no hassle. During our trip, we needed to add additional drivers, and Sean was extremely communicative and responsive, answering our calls and making the process easy. Was given a very unclean and smoke smelling car. I showed it to one staff team members, but he tried to convince me that it was clean, despite the crumbs on the floor and spills on doors. After 5 min of driving it, I could not bear with the smell, so, I ended up returning it back. Unfortunately, I was downgraded (given a smaller car) but still paid the same price of the one I had originally reserved. I expected a better customer service from Hertz!
