Pathetic customer service , my friend wants to return the car, we book the appointment for 3pm and was there at 3:05pm , the guy told he will be back in 5 minutes to check the car and he didn’t came back for literally 45 minutes and kept us hanging there forever at the desk. No show from that guy so irresponsible pathetic service.
