It was a big mistake to deal with Hertz Lyft at the Raleigh Capital Blvd. location! First of all, they take advantage of Lyft drivers with their exorbitant rental fees! It takes many hours of driving customers to meet the high rental fee before making a dime for your own pocket. I waited a couple of hours at least to pick up my car and the first car they gave me had issues right off the bat. Patience is Required. People are usually in the b parking lot waiting before the business opens. Therefore, come prepared to wait and have snacks. First and foremost, as 07/28/2025, there are two people who work the Lyft Rentals side of Hertz. Secondly, DO NOT come into the office space with an attitude and/or negative disposition. Great experience and the staff was super helpful. They work hard and stay late to help you out and do everything in their power to make things work for you!! Definitely recommend!
