I recently rented a truck from this location, a Dodge Ram. I reserved it 2 weeks prior and I had zero issues getting it. The gentleman and the very helpful lady who just started working at this location was very helpful! I believe her name was Kayley. She was very friendly. I felt bad because they were ready to go home at 5pm and it took a little longer to explain some things about the 2025 Ram truck we rented. Had a reservation for a rental at the Roseville location on Riverside. I was told by the dealership where my car is getting serviced that the Hertz rental office closed at 6 but I saw online they close at 5. I left work early to try and get there on time, GPS showed I would be there at 5:01. I called and spoke to someone and asked if it would still be okay if I get there at 5:01 to pick up my rental, they said that’s fine I could come in.
