Theres 2 lyft locations in Baltimore. Ive used both. This location is better than the other location, BUT only because they give more extra things (like cover tire damages from nails) and their cars are clean. Besides that both places suck! Lack of employees mean you wait for hours. Appointment at 10am ull be seen around 3pm! The people here arent Lyft or Hertz employees so they can't help with nothing.
The staff was friendly and very helpful. They answered any questions I had and made me aware of their policies. The rental pick up process was smooth and straightforward. I was out of there with a car in about 30min-1hour on a Friday. Car was clean and fully charged at the time of pick up. I’m not sure where the bad comments are coming from but my experience was great.
I had scheduled a return for the vehicle as they requested and the day I was going to take the vehicle back way before it was due at 2 pm they moved my personal vehicle to the back alley and took the rental and now I’m charged $650 fee I’m very livid they had no right to move my property when I had a scheduled return the same day they took it around 12 pm you can see it on my camera . The staff here really deserves 5 stars.. they working hard in a meager set up at best. The flex drive program has major issues Don’t get the EV option if they give it because the charger sessions are an hour at a time if you can even find one available when you need it. Also if you end up having any issues with your rental, even if you fix it immediately, you get banned from the flex drive program.
