Does not honor reservations via the app. I even confirmed the reservation over the phone. Zero stars! Don’t go here.
I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with my recent rental experience. I returned the car in the exact same condition I received it with no damage whatsoever. Despite this, Hertz hit me with a significant and completely bogus charge for "loss/damage." And I'm not alone apparently Hertz is doing this to other lyft drivers too. Total scam. Take photos and video of EVERYTHING before you drive off and when you return it. Never renting from Hertz again.
Very rude and aggressive. I asked a question was directed to a sign on wall then told to surrender my key. I asked to speak to supervisor and she stated that employee just talks like that . They rent me a car with bald tires they don’t do inspection in front of you. I’m worried they are going to say there is issue with car. I would never rent another hertz vehicle again. "I had a great experience today. My previous car was towed due to a brake issue, and the staff was very helpful. They went above and beyond to find me a safe replacement car quickly so I could get back to work. Special thanks for the professional and fast service
