Save your time, energy, peace of mind, and mostly your money. Go anywhere else. These people don’t want to work at this location!!! They are rude and unprofessional. Secured a rental car just be told upon arrival they don’t have any cars. Why allow booking for vehicles you don’t have? Then for a refund they need to hold your money for 3-5 business days for services they can’t render (money needed for an actual rental car). The customer services are stupid, they don’t know how to talk with the customer and they don’t pick up the phone.

Place need to be shut down. Personnel need to be replaced and trained on customer service, all the way back to step 1. If you're a business, conduct your place as such by practicing simple, standard appropriate business etiquette, like saying "hi", "welcome" and coming out from behind plexiglass desk to address incoming customers. Appalling business. Go to Enterprise, don't give this place your hard earned money.
