The person I spoke with there was very helpful in helping me to reach Lyft Express Drive (which apparently can't be done by calling Lyft support) and figure out what was happening with my account. I still have to find a way to talk directly to Lyft in order to resolve it, but that's not the location's fault. They are Hertz and can only handle that end of the issue. If you're going there to rent a vehicle, the wait time appears to be minimal, but I did go on a Wednesday afternoon.

Wish I could give 10 stars! I’ve been renting for past 3 years as a Lyft driver and Ms. Susy, Andre, and Mike go above and beyond to make customers satisfied. Their cars are clean and well maintained, I drive 30 mins to this location but will always rent from Hertz Bell Gardens.

They never answer the phone at this location. When you go they say they couldn't answer because they are busy but there is never more than 2 customers there if any at all and they are just sitting around chatting. They also barely have cars "available" even though the lot is full of cars. Don't waste your time. Don't go here. Horrible service. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. The employees here give Hertz a bad name and reputation.
